I decided on the services I want. Now what?
Once you know which services or package you would like to purchase click on the "Purchase" tab and follow the links there. Once you have purchased a service you will hear from us within 24 hours.
How old are the babies you work with?
Many of our services are geared towards new parents of itty bitty babies, but we work with families with older children as well.
How are you handling COVID-19?
We are offering all of our services online or via Zoom for the foreseeable future. If you are within 75 miles of Lexington, KY we can come to your home to provide services and will wear face shield and mask, gloves, shoe booties, and fresh scrubs that are bleached prior to every visit. We each get a Covid test every three weeks and keep them on file.
How many Emergency Uh-oh Calls do I get?
This depends on how many you think you will need. You can purchase them in sets of five. Each Uh-oh Call can last up to 15 minutes. If you think you need more time than that we can schedule a Mini Zoom call but we can't promise to be immediately available for those like we are for an Uh-oh Call.
It's 3:00 am and I think I have an emergency but I'm not sure. Can I call you?
Yes! Call us whenever you need to. That's what those emergency Uh-oh Calls are for!
I haven't purchased any Uh-oh Calls but I still need help right away. What do I do?
If you need immediate help ("my newborn has been crying for three hours and I'm about to lose my mind! How can I help her stop crying?") please give us a call. We will sign you up for Uh-oh Calls over the phone and send you an invoice the following business day.
My partner and/or I work full time. Can we schedule Zoom calls for after work hours?
Of course! Our goal is to support the family as a unit, which means making sure that everyone is able to attend as much as they can. We can also schedule services for weekends. We are very flexible and will work to make sure that you are getting the support that you need!
How does billing work?
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We take payment via our website and accept PayPal or Credit Card.
Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept insurance.
Can I buy a gift card?
Of course! This is a great gift for a baby shower, adoption party, or if you know a parent who could use some support. Send us an email through the Contact Us page and we will get back to you with a printable gift certificate in your email.
